What should a lemon owner do?
Get a repair order for every repair visit, even if the shop doesn't diagnose the problem or attempt a repair. A repair order should show the problem you report, and the dates your car is in the shop.
Keep purchase contracts, warranties, and repair orders to prove you have a lemon. Don't keep repair orders in your car where they may get lost.
We strongly urge you to use the Wisconsin Department of Transportation's (WisDOT) Motor Vehicle Lemon Law Notice form to ask the manufacturer for a refund or replacement vehicle. The Lemon Law Notice includes important language required under the lemon law. Send the form to the manufacturer at the address in your owners manual. The manufacturer has 30 days to respond. Your refund should include the full purchase price, sales tax, any finance charge, and collateral costs (for example, repairs, towing, alternative transportation), minus the mileage deduction allowed by law. If you get a replacement vehicle, the manufacturer should refund your collateral costs and charge nothing for mileage.
If you return to the manufacturer a vehicle that has missing equipment or unrepaired damage beyond normal wear and tear, a manufacturer may want to negotiate a damage deduction. You should not be responsible for paying for normal wear and tear, such as minor dents, scratches, pitted glass, soiled carpets, minor stains or tears. Feel free to have the damage appraised at a location you choose, or to have it repaired rather than paying a deduction.
If you don't get a refund or replacement by writing the manufacturer, consider using your manufacturer's arbitration program. If your manufacturer has a program certified by WisDOT, you must use it before you can sue under the Lemon Law. If your manufacturer's program is not certified, you do not have to use it. I was copy and pasting code for Google's new Adsense Affiliate Program [1] and I came across the line in the javascript:

What got me thinking was the 3 letters, CPA - Cost Per Action.
Why $1 per firefox install? I'm sure it is worth something to have people install the google toolbar, but why $1, and why just firefox and not IE too. Well here is my guess: they are testing a new google affiliate system ( Think commission junction ).
All the pieces are there, and there is a large gaping hole right where this would sit:
Google have CPC, and CPM payment methods for AdWords but no CPA
Smart pricing for adsense, which is based on how your traffic converts.
An affilliate program running, ( firefox and adsense )
Converstion tracking with Google Analytics ( which is already integrated with adwords! )
Google have already demonstrated that they are prepared to tackle many internet markets with all their numerous products, and affiliate programs are just too large to ignore. All the pieces are there, it's just a matter of when.
When this happens, it will be huge. Specify how much you want to buy your sales for and Google will do the rest.

I was copy and pasting code for Google's new Adsense Affiliate Program [1] and I came across the line in the javascript:
google_cpa_choice = "xxxx_xxxxxxxxx";
What got me thinking was the 3 letters, CPA - Cost Per Action.
Why $1 per firefox install? I'm sure it is worth something to have people install the google toolbar, but why $1, and why just firefox and not IE too. Well here is my guess: they are testing a new google affiliate system ( Think commission junction ).
All the pieces are there, and there is a large gaping hole right where this would sit:
Google have CPC, and CPM payment methods for AdWords but no CPA
Smart pricing for adsense, which is based on how your traffic converts.
An affilliate program running, ( firefox and adsense )
Converstion tracking with Google Analytics ( which is already integrated with adwords! )
Google have already demonstrated that they are prepared to tackle many internet markets with all their numerous products, and affiliate programs are just too large to ignore. All the pieces are there, it's just a matter of when.
When this happens, it will be huge. Specify how much you want to buy your sales for and Google will do the rest.

Doctors call on NICE to reveiw diabetes drugs associated with increased risk of heart failure
The debate surrounding the commonly prescribed drugs Rosiglitazone (also know as Avandia) and Pioglitazone (also known as Actos) reached a new high today as scientists called on the National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence (NICE) to review their decision to recommend the drugs.
Both Rosiglitazone and Pioglitazone belong to a class of drugs known as "Thiazolinediones", which are used for the treatment of Type II diabetes mellitus. The drugs lower blood glucose levels primarily by increasing the patient's insulin sensitivity.
Dr Loke, a clinical pharmacologist at the University of East Anglia, who has reviewed data from 78,000 patients taking the drug with US colleagues, is quoted in the Guardian today as saying, "most patients in the studies did not have heart failure prior to starting on treatment with these drugs. There does not seem to be a group of patients who are safe from these side effects".
In a study published in the journal Diabetes Care in May this year, Dr Loke and his colleagues concluded that, even taking into account the pre-existing increased risk of heart attacks in patients suffering from diabetes, the risk doubled in patients on Thiazolinedione medication.
Increase in heart failure rates
The authors suggest that the reason for the increase in heart failure rates is that plasma volume is increased as a result of taking the drugs. They also comment that fluid retention due to the drugs may trigger episodes of heart failure in susceptible individuals or may "unveil" the disease in those with no previous cardiac history. Worryingly, they also note that heart failure occured at both high and low doses, usually within weeks to months of taking the drug.
Rosiglitazone was approved for use in the EU in July 2000 and the package insert warns patients with some forms of heart failure against use of the drug. It also cautions about the increased risk of heart failure in combination with insulin. Similarly Pioglitazone was licensed for use in the EU in October 2000. The package insert also warns about the increased risk of heart failure.
Use of the drugs, which are recommended by the National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence, has doubled in the past 3 years.
A special meeting of the US regulator, the Food and Drug Administration, is scheduled for Monday. It is expected that they will discuss the safety of the drugs, which are taken by 7 million people in the US and several hundred thousand people in the UK.

นับจากนี้ไปการดูแผนที่จะไม่ใช่เรื่องยุ่งยากอีกแล้ว เพราะปัจจุบันมีเครื่องมีไฮเทคอย่าง Google Earth ที่จะมาช่วยในการค้นหา ซึ่งเป็นรูปแบบของการค้นหาง่ายขึ้น และสามารถค้นหาตำแหน่งต่างๆได้ละเอียดมากขึ้น พร้อมเพิ่มความสะดวกสบายสำหรับผู้ใช้งานให้สามารถค้นหาข้อมูลจากแผนที่ได้ง่ายขึ้น ด้วยวิธีที่ง่ายในการค้นหาจุดหมายปลายทางได้ง่ายและสะดวกขึ้นด้วยการใช้แผนที่ ของ Google Earth ที่ให้มุมมองทั้งกว้าง ยาว ลึก แบบมีมิติ ซึ่งเป็นอีกจุดหนึ่งที่ดึงดูดให้นักท่องเน็ตทั้งหลายต่างให้ความสนใจ และตอบรับมากขึ้น

PCW : ภายหลังที่มีการใช้ Google Earth กันอย่างแพร่หลายคิดว่าจะช่วยปลุกกระแสอะไรให้เกิดขึ้นบ้าง
กิตติ : Google Earth คือ ปัจจัยอย่างหนึ่งที่จะผลักดัน และสร้างกระแสให้เกิดการใช้แผนที่ดาวเทียมกันมากขึ้นได้ แต่ถ้าจะนำแผนที่กรุงเทพฯ จาก Google Earth มาทำแผนที่ทั้งหมดคงไม่สามารถทำได้เนื่องจากยังติดปัญหา เรื่องของความเหลื่อมล้ำของเส้นแบ่งของแต่ละแผ่นที่ที่แต่ละหน่วยงานจัดทำขึ้นมา ดังนั้นหากต้องการจัดทำแผนที่ดาวเทียมกันอย่างจริงจัง แล้วนั้น อาจจะต้องมีการซื้อข้อมูลที่มีอยู่ เพื่อมาจัดทำขึ้นเป็นแผนที่ฉบับสมบูรณ์จริงๆ ซึ่งในอดีตการซื้อข้อมูลภาพถ่ายดาวเทียมก็มีการซื้อขายกันอยู่แล้ว เพียงแต่ไม่มีโปรแกรมในการจัดการภาพถ่ายดาวเทียมเหล่านั้น ดังนั้นเมื่อซื้อภาพถ่ายแผนที่ดาวเทียมไปแล้ว ผู้ใช้จะต้องสร้างแอพพลิเคชันขึ้นมาเองเพื่อใช้ประโยชน์ในด้านต่างๆ
ดร.สุรชัย : กระแสของการใช้ Google Earth ช่วยจุดประกายให้เกิดเทคโนโลยีใหม่ๆ เกิดขึ้น อาทิ รีโหมดเซ็นซิ่ง หรือ ภาพถ่ายดาวเทียม ซึ่งในอดีตที่ผ่านมามีการใช้แผนที่ดาวเทียมกันบ้าง แต่ส่วนใหญ่จะใช้เพื่อการค้นหาเส้นทาง และยังเป็นภาพขาวดำ หลังจากนั้นเมื่อมีการพัฒนาอย่างต่อเนื่อง รวมทั้งการผสมผสานเทคโนโลยีใหม่ๆ เข้าไปส่งผลให้การใช้งานแผนที่ดาวเทียมมีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น อย่างดาวเทียมรุ่นใหม่ๆ จะมีการติดตัวเรคคอร์ดเดอร์ ไว้ด้วย ก็จะทำให้นอกจากดูเส้นทางแล้วยังสามารถบันทึกเสียงหรือภาพที่เคลื่อนไหวแบบใกล้กับปัจจุบันมากที่สุด
แต่ถึงอย่างไรการเข้ามาของ Google Earth ก็มีส่วนทำให้สาธารณะเกิดความตื่นตัวมากขึ้น ถึงแม้ว่าประเทศไทยจะมีแผนที่ดาวเทียมใช้มานานแล้วก็ตาม
แต่การใช้งานในอดีตถือว่ายังอยู่ในวงจำกัดเฉพาะในหน่วยงานราชการ หรือเอกชนบางแห่ง ซึ่งข้อดีของภาพถ่ายดาวเทียมคือเป็นข้อมูลดิจิตอล และดาวเทียมรุ่นใหม่มี GPS อยู่บนดัวดาวเทียม ดังนั้นเวลาถ่ายภาพมาก็จะบอกค่าพิกัดให้เรียบร้อย ความผิดพลาดก็มีไม่มาก ไม่เหมือนรูปถ่ายทางอากาศที่ใช้เครื่องบิน
ดังนั้นเมื่อ Google ออกมาทำตรงนี้ ถือว่าประสบความสำเร็จ ซึ่ง Google Earth ถือปรัชญาที่ว่าคนที่ใช้แผนที่ไม่เป็นก็สามารถใช้งานได้ เพราะใช้งานง่าย ตรงนี้ถือเป็นข้อได้เปรียบของ Google Earth และสามารถดูได้ทั่วโลก
นอกจากข้อดีแล้วอาจจะมีข้อเสียบางเช่นกัน เพราะถ้าหากมีของดีแล้วใช้ให้เกิดประโยชน์ก็จะยิ่งดี แต่ถ้านำไปใช้ในทางที่ไม่ถูกก็จะทำให้เกิดผลเสียหายเกิดขึ้นได้ อาทิเช่น ถ้ามองเห็นสระว่ายน้ำ แต่ถ้าใช้ในทางธุรกิจใช้ได้งานคนที่ทำบริษัทน้ำยาทำความสะอาดสระ ก็สามารถตรวจสอบได้ว่าในเขตกรุงเทพฯ มีสระน้ำกี่แห่ง และทำให้ไปหาลูกค้าได้ถูก
ชัยศิลป์ : การใช้แผนที่ดาวเทียมในเชิงธุรกิจนั้นส่วนใหญ่เป็นการใช้ GPS กับ รถ เพื่อจะได้ติดตามรถคันนั้นว่าวิ่งไปบนเส้นทางใด และการเข้ามาของ Google Earth นั้น ทำให้เกิดการใช้งานแผนที่ดาวเทียมเพื่อค้นหาสถานที่ต่างๆ ได้ และจากการที่ใช้งานง่าย ทำให้ได้รับความนิยมอย่างแพร่หลายและรวดเร็ว และเมื่อ Google Earth พัฒนาให้สามารถเชื่อมต่อกับอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ ได้ นั้น ก็จะทำให้เกิดการใช้งานเพิ่มมากขึ้นไปอีก จะเห็นได้ว่า Google Earth นั้นยังมีอะไรที่ซ่อนไว้อีกหลายอย่าง เพื่อการพัฒนาต่อยอด อาทิเช่น ในอนาคตอันใกล้อาจจะเริ่มเห็นโฆษณาตามออกมา ถ้า Google Earthมองการให้บริการในรูปแบบนี้เป็นในเชิงพาณิชย์ ก็อาจจะเป็นประโยชน์ในอีกรูปแบบหนึ่ง เพราะอาจจะมีบริการหรือ โซลูชันต่างๆ ออกมาเพิ่มเติมก็เป็นได้
หรือต่อไปอาจไม่ต้องใช้เว็บบราวเซอร์ ในการค้นหาข้อมูล เพราะ Google Erath สามารถผนวกเว็บบราวเซอร์ไว้ในตัวเองได้ด้วย นี่คือสิ่งที่ Google Earth เชื่อมให้การเสิร์ซ แทนที่จะใช้เว็บบราวเซอร์ อย่างเดียวนั้น ต่อไปก็สามารถเปิด Google Earth หาข้อมูล ธุรกิจ ต่างๆ หรือค้นหาทุกอย่างจาก Google ได้ ในอนาคต ใครที่สามารถรวบรวมฐานข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับพิกัด
กิตติ : ในอดีตในเว็บไซต์ เป็น Text แต่ตอนนี้เทรนคือ ต้องการจุดขายเพิ่มเติม คือแผนที่ ต่อไปคนก็เข้าแผ่นที่ เช่นเรื่องการท่องเที่ยวเมื่อก่อนยูสเซอร์อาจจะรู้ว่าโรงแรมนี้อยู่ตรงไหน แต่เขาไม่รู้จักสถานที่ แต่ต่อจากนี้ไปเมื่อค้นถ้าสถานที่ใด ก็จะทำให้รู้ว่าพื้นที่ใกล้เคียงเป็นอย่างไร มีอะไรอยู่บ้าง ตรงนี้ก็จะเป็นประโยชน์มากขึ้น เพราะในการค้นหานั้นแทนที่จะค้นหาข้อมูล แล้วค่อยไปค้นหารูปภาพ พอมี Google Earth ขึ้นมา ก็ทำให้มุมมองของเรากว้างขึ้น และเป็นทางเลือกใหม่สำหรับคนที่จะใช้แผนที่ ดูที่ตั้งก่อน มองจากมุมกว้าง
สมชาย : ในฐานะที่เป็นผู้ใช้งานแผนที่คนหนึ่งมาเป็นเวลานาน ผมชอบเล่นแผนที่ เริ่มเล่นมาตั้งแต่เมื่อปี 2529
ซึ่งในสมัยก่อนการใช้งานจีไอเอส ยังไม่แพร่หลายเหมือนในปัจจุบัน แต่ผมซึ่งมองในมุมของผู้ใช้งาน คิดว่าตรงนี้ผู้ใช้จะได้รับประโยชน์ในการใช้บริการ GoogleEarth จากความจำเป็นของผู้ใช้เอง ยกตัวอย่างเช่น การเดินทางในกรุงเทพฯ จากจุดหนึ่งไปยังจุดหนึ่ง จะง่ายขึ้น บอกรายละเอียดได้มากขึ้น มองสภาพของจริงเห็น สะดวกสำหรับการเดินทางในกรุงเทพฯ
การเข้ามาของ Google Earth สร้างความตื่นตัวให้บางคนที่อ่านแผนที่ไม่เป็น ให้เริ่มมองเห็นว่าแผนที่มีประโยชน์อย่างไร แผนที่ในรูปแบบเดิมมองแบบไม่มีมิติ แต่ Google Earth เป็นแผนที่แบบมีมิติ และยังช่วยกระตุ้นให้คนหันมาใช้คอมพิวเตอร์เพิ่มมากขึ้น และช่วยปลูกฝังให้คนสนใจและเข้าใจแผนที่ ซึ่งมีพัฒนาการอย่างอื่นตามมาด้วย
PCW : ประโยชน์ หรือ โทษ ในการประยุกต์ใช้ Google Earth ในด้านต่างๆ คืออะไร
กิตติ : คนส่วนใหญ่ไม่ค่อยรู้จักเส้นทาง สมัยที่อยู่ต่างประเทศเคยได้ลองเล่น Yahoo Map ผมว่าน่าสนใจ หลังจากนั้นจึงได้พัฒนาแผนที่ขึ้นมาโดยใช้ในระบบ GIS (geographic information system) สำหรับการจัดเก็บเส้นทางรถเมล์ในลักษณะของกราฟิก ทำให้สามารถดูเส้นทางชัดเจนมากขึ้น
สำหรับในเรื่องนี้ในต่างประเทศ ทางหน่วยงานภาครัฐส่งเสริม เงินทุน เทคโนฯ ข้อมูล ต่างๆ แล้วทำแข่งขันกัน สำหรับประเทศไทยยังไม่สามารถทำได้ เพราะยังติดปัญหาเรื่องของข้อมูล เงินทุน ซึ่งหากจะทำในลักษณะของ Google Earth หรือ Yahoo Map ต้องใช้ทีมงานจำนวนมาก ภาครัฐต้องส่งเสริมให้เอกชนหลายรายทำ เพื่อให้เกิดการแข่งขันกัน ก็จะนำแแผนที่ไปใช้ประโยชน์ได้ เรื่องของการจัดเก็บภาษี สามารถระบุได้ว่าจัดเก็บหรือยัง ภาครัฐต้องส่งเสริมให้เอกชนทำงานเป็นทีม
ดังนั้นหากภาครัฐเข้ามาให้การสนับสนุนก็สามารถจัดทำแผนที่ดาวเทียมที่ฉบับสมบูรณ์แบบได้ โดยเฉพาะภาครัฐมีองค์กรที่อยู่ในเครือข่ายครอบคลุมทั่วประเทศ ซึ่งจะช่วยเก็บข้อมูลโดยละเอียดได้ ซึ่งหากต้องการจัดทำ GPS (Global Positioning System) ในรูปแบบดิจิตอล จะต้องทำเป็นทีม โดยที่ภาครัฐต้องส่งเสริมให้เอกชนทำงานเป็นทีม และหากจะมองในเง่ของประโยชน์ หรือ โทษ ที่จะเกิดขึ้นแล้วนั้น คิดว่ามี ประโยชน์มากกว่าโทษ
ดร.สุรชัย : คงจะเป็นประโยชน์ ผู้ใช้จะใช้งานจากแผนที่เพราะความจำเป็นในชีวิตประจำวัน ทำให้การเดินทางมีความสะดวกรวดเร็ว และค้นหาสถานที่ได้ง่ายขึ้น ซึ่งแนวโน้มในอนาคตประเทศไทยเรา อาจไม่จำเป็นต้องใช้บ้านเลขที่ในบัตรประชาชน เพียงแค่ระบุบอกค่าพิกัดก็พอ
นอกจากนี้ยังสามารถนำไปใช้ในการเรียนการสอน ก็จะได้รับประโยชน์มากขึ้น เพราะสามารถเป็นการสอนในรูปแบบของอินเตอร์แอคทีฟได้ ขณะเดียวกันในด้านความมั่นคงแล้วนั้น ก็อาจจะต้องพิจารณาด้วยเช่นกัน ว่าข้อมูลส่วนไหนมีความสำคัญมากน้อยแค่ไหน และข้อมูลส่วนไหนที่จะเปิดเผยต่อสาธารณชน
สำหรับการสนับสนุนจากภาครัฐนั้น เป็นสิ่งที่ดีเพราะภาครัฐกำลังคนน้อย เอกชนมีความชำนาญมากกว่า แต่ทำเฉพาะเรื่อง ซึ่งแผนที่ดาวเทียมของเดิมที่มีใช้กันอยู่นั้น ส่วนใหญ่จะเป็นของแต่ละหน่วยงานที่จัดทำขึ้นมาสำหรับใช้งานในองค์กรของตัวเอง ยังไม่เป็นมาตรฐานเดียวกัน ควรจะรวมกันทำเพื่อให้เป็นมาตรฐานเดียวกัน
สมชาย : ที่ผ่านมามีหลายหน่วยงานของภาครัฐที่ทำแผนที่ดาวเทียม จึงไม่เป็นมาตรฐานเดียวกัน แต่ในความเป็นจริงแล้วควรจะทำให้เป็นมาตรฐานเดียวกัน ในประเทศไทยมีการสนับสนุนให้จัดทำเป็นมาตรฐานเดียวกัน แต่การนำไปสู่การปฏิบัติยังมีน้อยอยู่
กิตติ : เราต้องกำหนดมาตรฐานร่วมกัน เราไม่สร้างซอฟต์แวร์จำลองขึ้นมา เป็นแบบอินเตอร์แอคทีฟ รัฐต้องเข้ามาส่งเสริมตรงนี้ เราจะหวังพึ่ง Google Earth ไม่ได้ เราต้องสร้างแอพพลิเคชันในระดับ Google Earth ขึ้นมาใช้
ชัยศิลป์ : สาเหตุหน่วยงาน ในแต่ละหน่วยงาน มีแผนที่เป็นของตัวเอง แต่ในบางพื่นที่ยังมีความเหลื่อม ที่ยังไม่แมท กัน ราชการที่จะทำ ผมอยากให้ใครก็ได้ ทำแผ่นที่ประเทศไทยเหมือนอย่างอเมริกา เขียนถนนในเลเยอร์ของถนน กรุงเทพฯของมีแค่นี้ สอง แต่ละหลัง เป็นไปได้มั้ย กทม ไปรษณีย์ การไฟฟ้าจดเลยที่บ้าน ของพิกัดเหล่านี้มาเป็นสาธารณะ แล้วประโยชน์จะเกิดขึ้นทันที ผมคิดได้แต่ทำไม่ไหว เนื่องจากทีมงานตรงนี้ต้องใช้คนจำนวนมาก ภาครัฐจะช่วยได้คือร่วมสามหน่วยงานนี้แล้วเอาข้อมูลมาแลกกัน ไม่ต้องทำแอพฯ เรื่องแปลงข้อมูลไม่ยาก ถ้าตรงนี้ออกมาได้ เมืองไทยการใช้งาน Google Earth จะกระโดดไปอีกขึ้นหนึ่ง
PCW : มีความคิดเห็นในเรื่องของข้อมูลอย่างไรกันบ้าง
กิตติ : ข้อมูลของประเทศไทยค่อนข้างละเอียด แต่ยังใช้ แอพพลิเคชันของต่างประเทศกันมาก ข้อมูลโอเค
ปัญหา คือ ภาครัฐจะยินยอมให้เป็นข้อมูลสาธารณะ หรือ เอาเฉพาะบางส่วนเป็นสาธารณะ แล้วให้นักศึกษาและนักสร้างนักวิจัย เอาไปสร้างภาพจำลอง หรือ แอพพลิเคชัน ขึ้นมา เชื่อว่าเมื่อถึงตอนนั้นก็น่าจะเป็นประโยชน์ขึ้นมาจากแอพพลิเคชัน เพราะข้อมูลเรามีอยู่แล้ว
ดร.สุรชัย : สทอภ. หรือ สำนักงานพัฒนาเทคโนโลยีอวกาศและภูมิสารสนเทศ (องค์กรมาหาชน) ในฐานะที่เป็นหน่วยงานทางด้าน รีโหมดเซนเซอร์ มีแนวคิดที่จะให้หน่วยงานต่างๆ รับผิดชอบในแต่ละเรื่อง ตัวอย่างเช่น กรมแผนที่ทหาร อาจมีหน้าที่ในการจัดทำแผนที่ หรือ ผังเมือง ทำแผนที่ผังเมือง หรือกรมพัฒนาที่ดินทำแผนที่ที่ดิน ซึ่งเรามีข้อมูลพื่นฐานที่จำเป็น นอกจากนี้เรื่อง ขอบเขต ประเทศ อย่างเขตตำบล หรืออำเภอ จะให้มอบหมายให้กรมการปกครองเป็นคนทำ ทำเสร็จนำไปขึ้นไว้บนเว็บ เพื่อให้คนอื่นใช้ เพื่อเป็นมาตรฐานเดียวกัน หากใช้จากข้อมูลเดียวกัน พยามให้ภาครัฐสนับสนุน ให้จัดทำเป็นมาตรฐานเดียวกัน
กิตติ : ข้อเสนอคือ ให้ใช้ข้อมูลของหน่วยงานใดหน่วยงานหนึ่งมาเป็นข้อมูลดิบก่อน แล้วเปิดโอกาสให้คนอื่นสามาถโหลดข้อมูลนั้น ไปสร้างแอพพลิเคชัน สำหรับการทำแผนที่ฉบับสมบูรณ์
ชัยศิลป์ : ผมคิดว่าช่วงแรกให้เอาภาพกว้างมาใช้ ถึงแม้ว่า Google Earth จะทำให้แผนที่ใน 76 จังหวัด แต่ก็มีอยู่ 5 จังหวัดที่ไม่สามารถค้นหาเจอ เพราะยังมีในบางตำแหน่งที่มีบน Google Earth กับตำแหน่งที่ค้นหายังไม่ตรงกัน แต่ถือว่าเป็นเพียงส่วนน้อย ซึ่งตรงนี้หากภาครัฐสนับสนุนให้มีการจัดทำแผนที่ในลักษณะเดียวกันกับGoogle Earth ก็จะทำให้เกิดประโยชน์มาก โดยเฉพาะในเรื่องของการท่องเที่ยวมาก เพราะทำให้ค้นหาสถานที่ท่องเที่ยว และวางแผนการเดินทางได้สะดวกมากขึ้น จะเห็นว่า Google Earth ประสบผลสำเร็จในการผลักดัน ให้ผู้ใช้งานใช้บริการค้นหาแผนที่ผ่านเว็บไซต์ เนื่องการเป็นการให้บริการฟรี และความง่ายของการค้นหาข้อมูลที่ต้องการ จึงได้รับการตอบรับเป็นอย่างมาก ซึ่งบทบาทของ Google Earth ต่อการพัฒนาทางด้านแผนที่ ก็ถือได้ว่ามีความสำคัญในระดับหนึ่ง ทั้งนี้ก็เพราะความที่ใช้งานง่ายของบริการจาก Google Earth นั้น น่าจะเป็นต้นแบบของการพัฒนาแผนที่ดาวเทียมของแต่ละหน่วยงานให้อยู่ภายใต้มาตรฐานเดียวกัน โดยใช้ Google และสามารถเพิ่มเติมฟังก์ชันที่หลากหลายเพื่อรองรับการขยายตัวในอนาคต ที่จะสร้างแอพพลิเคชันขึ้นมาเองเพื่อการใช้งานที่ถูกต้องชัดเจนและเหมาะสม โดยใช้ Google Earth เป็นต้นแบบในการพัฒนาต่อยอดเพื่อประโยชน์สูงสุด
แต่ผลพวงที่ตามมา ก็น่าติดตามเช่นกันว่า “Google Earth” จะสามารถเปลี่ยนแปลง ปลุกกระแสของชาวเน็ตได้มากน้อยแค่ไหน และส่งผลกระทบต่อธุรกิจ หรือความเป็นส่วนบุคคลของประชาชน มากน้อยแค่ไหน และจะมีผลดีผลเสียเกิดขึ้นอย่างไร ทั้งนี้ทางกองบรรณาธิการนิตยสาร PC World ได้จัดเสวนาในหัวข้อ “Google Earth มองโลกผ่านดวงตาดาวเทียม” ขึ้น เพื่อเป็นการระดมความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับผลกระทบที่จะเกิดขึ้น หาก “Google Earth” ได้รับความนิยมแพร่หลาย โดยได้รับเกียรติจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่เกี่ยวข้อง แผนที่ และ “Google Earth” มาร่วมในการเสวนาครั้งนี้ ประกอบด้วย

สมชาย หมื่นนรินทร์ ในฐานะของยูสเซอร์คนหนึ่งที่ได้สัมผัสกับการใช้ Google Earth มาตั้งแต่ต้น
โดยมี พงษ์ระพี เตชพาหพงษ์ บรรณาธิการอำนวยการ นิตยสาร PC World และผู้ก่อตั้งเว็บไซต์ thaigoogleearth.com เป็นผู้ดำเนินการเสวนา
PCW : ภายหลังที่มีการใช้ Google Earth กันอย่างแพร่หลายคิดว่าจะช่วยปลุกกระแสอะไรให้เกิดขึ้นบ้าง
กิตติ : Google Earth คือ ปัจจัยอย่างหนึ่งที่จะผลักดัน และสร้างกระแสให้เกิดการใช้แผนที่ดาวเทียมกันมากขึ้นได้ แต่ถ้าจะนำแผนที่กรุงเทพฯ จาก Google Earth มาทำแผนที่ทั้งหมดคงไม่สามารถทำได้เนื่องจากยังติดปัญหา เรื่องของความเหลื่อมล้ำของเส้นแบ่งของแต่ละแผ่นที่ที่แต่ละหน่วยงานจัดทำขึ้นมา ดังนั้นหากต้องการจัดทำแผนที่ดาวเทียมกันอย่างจริงจัง แล้วนั้น อาจจะต้องมีการซื้อข้อมูลที่มีอยู่ เพื่อมาจัดทำขึ้นเป็นแผนที่ฉบับสมบูรณ์จริงๆ ซึ่งในอดีตการซื้อข้อมูลภาพถ่ายดาวเทียมก็มีการซื้อขายกันอยู่แล้ว เพียงแต่ไม่มีโปรแกรมในการจัดการภาพถ่ายดาวเทียมเหล่านั้น ดังนั้นเมื่อซื้อภาพถ่ายแผนที่ดาวเทียมไปแล้ว ผู้ใช้จะต้องสร้างแอพพลิเคชันขึ้นมาเองเพื่อใช้ประโยชน์ในด้านต่างๆ
ดร.สุรชัย : กระแสของการใช้ Google Earth ช่วยจุดประกายให้เกิดเทคโนโลยีใหม่ๆ เกิดขึ้น อาทิ รีโหมดเซ็นซิ่ง หรือ ภาพถ่ายดาวเทียม ซึ่งในอดีตที่ผ่านมามีการใช้แผนที่ดาวเทียมกันบ้าง แต่ส่วนใหญ่จะใช้เพื่อการค้นหาเส้นทาง และยังเป็นภาพขาวดำ หลังจากนั้นเมื่อมีการพัฒนาอย่างต่อเนื่อง รวมทั้งการผสมผสานเทคโนโลยีใหม่ๆ เข้าไปส่งผลให้การใช้งานแผนที่ดาวเทียมมีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น อย่างดาวเทียมรุ่นใหม่ๆ จะมีการติดตัวเรคคอร์ดเดอร์ ไว้ด้วย ก็จะทำให้นอกจากดูเส้นทางแล้วยังสามารถบันทึกเสียงหรือภาพที่เคลื่อนไหวแบบใกล้กับปัจจุบันมากที่สุด
แต่ถึงอย่างไรการเข้ามาของ Google Earth ก็มีส่วนทำให้สาธารณะเกิดความตื่นตัวมากขึ้น ถึงแม้ว่าประเทศไทยจะมีแผนที่ดาวเทียมใช้มานานแล้วก็ตาม
แต่การใช้งานในอดีตถือว่ายังอยู่ในวงจำกัดเฉพาะในหน่วยงานราชการ หรือเอกชนบางแห่ง ซึ่งข้อดีของภาพถ่ายดาวเทียมคือเป็นข้อมูลดิจิตอล และดาวเทียมรุ่นใหม่มี GPS อยู่บนดัวดาวเทียม ดังนั้นเวลาถ่ายภาพมาก็จะบอกค่าพิกัดให้เรียบร้อย ความผิดพลาดก็มีไม่มาก ไม่เหมือนรูปถ่ายทางอากาศที่ใช้เครื่องบิน
ดังนั้นเมื่อ Google ออกมาทำตรงนี้ ถือว่าประสบความสำเร็จ ซึ่ง Google Earth ถือปรัชญาที่ว่าคนที่ใช้แผนที่ไม่เป็นก็สามารถใช้งานได้ เพราะใช้งานง่าย ตรงนี้ถือเป็นข้อได้เปรียบของ Google Earth และสามารถดูได้ทั่วโลก
นอกจากข้อดีแล้วอาจจะมีข้อเสียบางเช่นกัน เพราะถ้าหากมีของดีแล้วใช้ให้เกิดประโยชน์ก็จะยิ่งดี แต่ถ้านำไปใช้ในทางที่ไม่ถูกก็จะทำให้เกิดผลเสียหายเกิดขึ้นได้ อาทิเช่น ถ้ามองเห็นสระว่ายน้ำ แต่ถ้าใช้ในทางธุรกิจใช้ได้งานคนที่ทำบริษัทน้ำยาทำความสะอาดสระ ก็สามารถตรวจสอบได้ว่าในเขตกรุงเทพฯ มีสระน้ำกี่แห่ง และทำให้ไปหาลูกค้าได้ถูก
ชัยศิลป์ : การใช้แผนที่ดาวเทียมในเชิงธุรกิจนั้นส่วนใหญ่เป็นการใช้ GPS กับ รถ เพื่อจะได้ติดตามรถคันนั้นว่าวิ่งไปบนเส้นทางใด และการเข้ามาของ Google Earth นั้น ทำให้เกิดการใช้งานแผนที่ดาวเทียมเพื่อค้นหาสถานที่ต่างๆ ได้ และจากการที่ใช้งานง่าย ทำให้ได้รับความนิยมอย่างแพร่หลายและรวดเร็ว และเมื่อ Google Earth พัฒนาให้สามารถเชื่อมต่อกับอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ ได้ นั้น ก็จะทำให้เกิดการใช้งานเพิ่มมากขึ้นไปอีก จะเห็นได้ว่า Google Earth นั้นยังมีอะไรที่ซ่อนไว้อีกหลายอย่าง เพื่อการพัฒนาต่อยอด อาทิเช่น ในอนาคตอันใกล้อาจจะเริ่มเห็นโฆษณาตามออกมา ถ้า Google Earthมองการให้บริการในรูปแบบนี้เป็นในเชิงพาณิชย์ ก็อาจจะเป็นประโยชน์ในอีกรูปแบบหนึ่ง เพราะอาจจะมีบริการหรือ โซลูชันต่างๆ ออกมาเพิ่มเติมก็เป็นได้
หรือต่อไปอาจไม่ต้องใช้เว็บบราวเซอร์ ในการค้นหาข้อมูล เพราะ Google Erath สามารถผนวกเว็บบราวเซอร์ไว้ในตัวเองได้ด้วย นี่คือสิ่งที่ Google Earth เชื่อมให้การเสิร์ซ แทนที่จะใช้เว็บบราวเซอร์ อย่างเดียวนั้น ต่อไปก็สามารถเปิด Google Earth หาข้อมูล ธุรกิจ ต่างๆ หรือค้นหาทุกอย่างจาก Google ได้ ในอนาคต ใครที่สามารถรวบรวมฐานข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับพิกัด
กิตติ : ในอดีตในเว็บไซต์ เป็น Text แต่ตอนนี้เทรนคือ ต้องการจุดขายเพิ่มเติม คือแผนที่ ต่อไปคนก็เข้าแผ่นที่ เช่นเรื่องการท่องเที่ยวเมื่อก่อนยูสเซอร์อาจจะรู้ว่าโรงแรมนี้อยู่ตรงไหน แต่เขาไม่รู้จักสถานที่ แต่ต่อจากนี้ไปเมื่อค้นถ้าสถานที่ใด ก็จะทำให้รู้ว่าพื้นที่ใกล้เคียงเป็นอย่างไร มีอะไรอยู่บ้าง ตรงนี้ก็จะเป็นประโยชน์มากขึ้น เพราะในการค้นหานั้นแทนที่จะค้นหาข้อมูล แล้วค่อยไปค้นหารูปภาพ พอมี Google Earth ขึ้นมา ก็ทำให้มุมมองของเรากว้างขึ้น และเป็นทางเลือกใหม่สำหรับคนที่จะใช้แผนที่ ดูที่ตั้งก่อน มองจากมุมกว้าง
สมชาย : ในฐานะที่เป็นผู้ใช้งานแผนที่คนหนึ่งมาเป็นเวลานาน ผมชอบเล่นแผนที่ เริ่มเล่นมาตั้งแต่เมื่อปี 2529
ซึ่งในสมัยก่อนการใช้งานจีไอเอส ยังไม่แพร่หลายเหมือนในปัจจุบัน แต่ผมซึ่งมองในมุมของผู้ใช้งาน คิดว่าตรงนี้ผู้ใช้จะได้รับประโยชน์ในการใช้บริการ GoogleEarth จากความจำเป็นของผู้ใช้เอง ยกตัวอย่างเช่น การเดินทางในกรุงเทพฯ จากจุดหนึ่งไปยังจุดหนึ่ง จะง่ายขึ้น บอกรายละเอียดได้มากขึ้น มองสภาพของจริงเห็น สะดวกสำหรับการเดินทางในกรุงเทพฯ
การเข้ามาของ Google Earth สร้างความตื่นตัวให้บางคนที่อ่านแผนที่ไม่เป็น ให้เริ่มมองเห็นว่าแผนที่มีประโยชน์อย่างไร แผนที่ในรูปแบบเดิมมองแบบไม่มีมิติ แต่ Google Earth เป็นแผนที่แบบมีมิติ และยังช่วยกระตุ้นให้คนหันมาใช้คอมพิวเตอร์เพิ่มมากขึ้น และช่วยปลูกฝังให้คนสนใจและเข้าใจแผนที่ ซึ่งมีพัฒนาการอย่างอื่นตามมาด้วย
PCW : ประโยชน์ หรือ โทษ ในการประยุกต์ใช้ Google Earth ในด้านต่างๆ คืออะไร
กิตติ : คนส่วนใหญ่ไม่ค่อยรู้จักเส้นทาง สมัยที่อยู่ต่างประเทศเคยได้ลองเล่น Yahoo Map ผมว่าน่าสนใจ หลังจากนั้นจึงได้พัฒนาแผนที่ขึ้นมาโดยใช้ในระบบ GIS (geographic information system) สำหรับการจัดเก็บเส้นทางรถเมล์ในลักษณะของกราฟิก ทำให้สามารถดูเส้นทางชัดเจนมากขึ้น
สำหรับในเรื่องนี้ในต่างประเทศ ทางหน่วยงานภาครัฐส่งเสริม เงินทุน เทคโนฯ ข้อมูล ต่างๆ แล้วทำแข่งขันกัน สำหรับประเทศไทยยังไม่สามารถทำได้ เพราะยังติดปัญหาเรื่องของข้อมูล เงินทุน ซึ่งหากจะทำในลักษณะของ Google Earth หรือ Yahoo Map ต้องใช้ทีมงานจำนวนมาก ภาครัฐต้องส่งเสริมให้เอกชนหลายรายทำ เพื่อให้เกิดการแข่งขันกัน ก็จะนำแแผนที่ไปใช้ประโยชน์ได้ เรื่องของการจัดเก็บภาษี สามารถระบุได้ว่าจัดเก็บหรือยัง ภาครัฐต้องส่งเสริมให้เอกชนทำงานเป็นทีม
ดังนั้นหากภาครัฐเข้ามาให้การสนับสนุนก็สามารถจัดทำแผนที่ดาวเทียมที่ฉบับสมบูรณ์แบบได้ โดยเฉพาะภาครัฐมีองค์กรที่อยู่ในเครือข่ายครอบคลุมทั่วประเทศ ซึ่งจะช่วยเก็บข้อมูลโดยละเอียดได้ ซึ่งหากต้องการจัดทำ GPS (Global Positioning System) ในรูปแบบดิจิตอล จะต้องทำเป็นทีม โดยที่ภาครัฐต้องส่งเสริมให้เอกชนทำงานเป็นทีม และหากจะมองในเง่ของประโยชน์ หรือ โทษ ที่จะเกิดขึ้นแล้วนั้น คิดว่ามี ประโยชน์มากกว่าโทษ
ดร.สุรชัย : คงจะเป็นประโยชน์ ผู้ใช้จะใช้งานจากแผนที่เพราะความจำเป็นในชีวิตประจำวัน ทำให้การเดินทางมีความสะดวกรวดเร็ว และค้นหาสถานที่ได้ง่ายขึ้น ซึ่งแนวโน้มในอนาคตประเทศไทยเรา อาจไม่จำเป็นต้องใช้บ้านเลขที่ในบัตรประชาชน เพียงแค่ระบุบอกค่าพิกัดก็พอ
นอกจากนี้ยังสามารถนำไปใช้ในการเรียนการสอน ก็จะได้รับประโยชน์มากขึ้น เพราะสามารถเป็นการสอนในรูปแบบของอินเตอร์แอคทีฟได้ ขณะเดียวกันในด้านความมั่นคงแล้วนั้น ก็อาจจะต้องพิจารณาด้วยเช่นกัน ว่าข้อมูลส่วนไหนมีความสำคัญมากน้อยแค่ไหน และข้อมูลส่วนไหนที่จะเปิดเผยต่อสาธารณชน

ชัยศิลป์ : สาเหตุหน่วยงาน ในแต่ละหน่วยงาน มีแผนที่เป็นของตัวเอง แต่ในบางพื่นที่ยังมีความเหลื่อม ที่ยังไม่แมท กัน ราชการที่จะทำ ผมอยากให้ใครก็ได้ ทำแผ่นที่ประเทศไทยเหมือนอย่างอเมริกา เขียนถนนในเลเยอร์ของถนน กรุงเทพฯของมีแค่นี้ สอง แต่ละหลัง เป็นไปได้มั้ย กทม ไปรษณีย์ การไฟฟ้าจดเลยที่บ้าน ของพิกัดเหล่านี้มาเป็นสาธารณะ แล้วประโยชน์จะเกิดขึ้นทันที ผมคิดได้แต่ทำไม่ไหว เนื่องจากทีมงานตรงนี้ต้องใช้คนจำนวนมาก ภาครัฐจะช่วยได้คือร่วมสามหน่วยงานนี้แล้วเอาข้อมูลมาแลกกัน ไม่ต้องทำแอพฯ เรื่องแปลงข้อมูลไม่ยาก ถ้าตรงนี้ออกมาได้ เมืองไทยการใช้งาน Google Earth จะกระโดดไปอีกขึ้นหนึ่ง
PCW : มีความคิดเห็นในเรื่องของข้อมูลอย่างไรกันบ้าง
กิตติ : ข้อมูลของประเทศไทยค่อนข้างละเอียด แต่ยังใช้ แอพพลิเคชันของต่างประเทศกันมาก ข้อมูลโอเค
ปัญหา คือ ภาครัฐจะยินยอมให้เป็นข้อมูลสาธารณะ หรือ เอาเฉพาะบางส่วนเป็นสาธารณะ แล้วให้นักศึกษาและนักสร้างนักวิจัย เอาไปสร้างภาพจำลอง หรือ แอพพลิเคชัน ขึ้นมา เชื่อว่าเมื่อถึงตอนนั้นก็น่าจะเป็นประโยชน์ขึ้นมาจากแอพพลิเคชัน เพราะข้อมูลเรามีอยู่แล้ว
ดร.สุรชัย : สทอภ. หรือ สำนักงานพัฒนาเทคโนโลยีอวกาศและภูมิสารสนเทศ (องค์กรมาหาชน) ในฐานะที่เป็นหน่วยงานทางด้าน รีโหมดเซนเซอร์ มีแนวคิดที่จะให้หน่วยงานต่างๆ รับผิดชอบในแต่ละเรื่อง ตัวอย่างเช่น กรมแผนที่ทหาร อาจมีหน้าที่ในการจัดทำแผนที่ หรือ ผังเมือง ทำแผนที่ผังเมือง หรือกรมพัฒนาที่ดินทำแผนที่ที่ดิน ซึ่งเรามีข้อมูลพื่นฐานที่จำเป็น นอกจากนี้เรื่อง ขอบเขต ประเทศ อย่างเขตตำบล หรืออำเภอ จะให้มอบหมายให้กรมการปกครองเป็นคนทำ ทำเสร็จนำไปขึ้นไว้บนเว็บ เพื่อให้คนอื่นใช้ เพื่อเป็นมาตรฐานเดียวกัน หากใช้จากข้อมูลเดียวกัน พยามให้ภาครัฐสนับสนุน ให้จัดทำเป็นมาตรฐานเดียวกัน
กิตติ : ข้อเสนอคือ ให้ใช้ข้อมูลของหน่วยงานใดหน่วยงานหนึ่งมาเป็นข้อมูลดิบก่อน แล้วเปิดโอกาสให้คนอื่นสามาถโหลดข้อมูลนั้น ไปสร้างแอพพลิเคชัน สำหรับการทำแผนที่ฉบับสมบูรณ์
ชัยศิลป์ : ผมคิดว่าช่วงแรกให้เอาภาพกว้างมาใช้ ถึงแม้ว่า Google Earth จะทำให้แผนที่ใน 76 จังหวัด แต่ก็มีอยู่ 5 จังหวัดที่ไม่สามารถค้นหาเจอ เพราะยังมีในบางตำแหน่งที่มีบน Google Earth กับตำแหน่งที่ค้นหายังไม่ตรงกัน แต่ถือว่าเป็นเพียงส่วนน้อย ซึ่งตรงนี้หากภาครัฐสนับสนุนให้มีการจัดทำแผนที่ในลักษณะเดียวกันกับGoogle Earth ก็จะทำให้เกิดประโยชน์มาก โดยเฉพาะในเรื่องของการท่องเที่ยวมาก เพราะทำให้ค้นหาสถานที่ท่องเที่ยว และวางแผนการเดินทางได้สะดวกมากขึ้น จะเห็นว่า Google Earth ประสบผลสำเร็จในการผลักดัน ให้ผู้ใช้งานใช้บริการค้นหาแผนที่ผ่านเว็บไซต์ เนื่องการเป็นการให้บริการฟรี และความง่ายของการค้นหาข้อมูลที่ต้องการ จึงได้รับการตอบรับเป็นอย่างมาก ซึ่งบทบาทของ Google Earth ต่อการพัฒนาทางด้านแผนที่ ก็ถือได้ว่ามีความสำคัญในระดับหนึ่ง ทั้งนี้ก็เพราะความที่ใช้งานง่ายของบริการจาก Google Earth นั้น น่าจะเป็นต้นแบบของการพัฒนาแผนที่ดาวเทียมของแต่ละหน่วยงานให้อยู่ภายใต้มาตรฐานเดียวกัน โดยใช้ Google และสามารถเพิ่มเติมฟังก์ชันที่หลากหลายเพื่อรองรับการขยายตัวในอนาคต ที่จะสร้างแอพพลิเคชันขึ้นมาเองเพื่อการใช้งานที่ถูกต้องชัดเจนและเหมาะสม โดยใช้ Google Earth เป็นต้นแบบในการพัฒนาต่อยอดเพื่อประโยชน์สูงสุด
ข้อห้ามของ Google AdSense
เมื่อคุณทำ Google AdSense ขอแนะนำนะครับว่าห้ามโกง หรือทำผิดกฎของ Google โดยเข็ดขาดเพราะนั่นคือเว็บของคุณจะไม่สามารถสมัคร Google AdSense ได้อีกเลย รวมถึงตัว คุณดองด้วย และถ้าเห็นใครทำผิดกฎของ Google ก็ให้อีเมล์ไปแจ้งเจ้าของเว็บไซต์นั้น ๆ เพราะเห็นมีหลายท่านบอกว่า ถ้าประเทศใดโกง Google AdSens มาก ๆ เดี๋ยว Google จะ แบนทั้งประเทศ (อันนี้ไม่รู้จริงเท็จแค่ไหน) ถ้าอีเมล์ไปแจ้งแล้วยังไม่เชื่อ ก็แจ้ง Google เลยครับ (อันนี้โหดไปปล่า)
ข้อห้ามต่าง ๆ ของ Google
• ห้ามทำการดัดแปลง Code ได้มาอย่างไรก็ใส่เข้าไปในเว็บของคุณแบบนั้น ห้ามทำการเปลี่ยนโดยเข็ดขาด
• ห้ามคลิกโฆษณาของตัวเอง หรือให้เพื่อน ๆ ช่วยคลิก หรือทำในลักษณะ ร่วมด้วยช่วยกันคลิก
• ห้ามเขียนคำเชิญชวนให้คลิก หรือเขียนหลอกผู้ใช้เพื่อให้คลิก ตัวอย่างเช่น "ช่วยคลิกเพื่อสนับสนุเว็บเรา" ให้ใช้ได้แค่ "sponsored links" หรือ "advertisements." เท่านั้น
• เมื่อคลิกโฆษณา Google AdSense จะต้องไม่เปิดหน้าใหม่ขึ้นมา (_blank)
• ทำเนื้อหาอย่างเดี่ยว แล้ว Copy ออกมาเป็นหลาย ๆ หน้า
• ห้ามวาง Google AdSense ในหน้าที่มีการ Download พวก MP3 , Clip Video , News Group ต่าง ๆ หรือหน้าเว็บเปล่า ๆ ที่ไม่มีเนื้อหาอะไรเลย
• ห้ามวาง Google AdSense ไปในเมล์ลิส ที่ส่งไปหาสมาชิกเว็บไซต์ของคุณ
• ห้ามวาง Google Adsense ในหน้าที่ทำขึ้นมาเพื่อ เฉพาะเจาะจงเที่จะให้แสดง Google Adsense
• ห้ามวาง Google AdSense ที่ Pop Up
• ห้ามใช้ Soft Ware เพื่อบังคับให้คลิกโดยอัตโนมัติ
• ห้ามใช้ Soft Ware เพื่อทำการโปรโมทเว็บของคุณ เช่น Web Promotor
• เคารพเครื่องหมายการค้าของ Google อย่าเอาแบนเนอร์ หรือโลโก้ ของ Google มาใช้โดยเด็ดขาด (ขนาดผมจะตั้งชื่อโดเมนเนมว่า thaigoogleadsense.com ยังไม่ได้เลยครับ อันนี้ผมอี เมล์ไปถามมา)
• องค์ประกอบของเว็บเพจจะต้องไม่ไปบดบังคลุมเคลือ Google AdSense และสีโฆษณา จะต้องเป็นสีเดียวกับองค์ประกอบของเว็บเพจแม้กระทั่งตัวหนังสือและตัวอักษรจะต้องมอง เห็น
• ถ้ามีอีเมล์ของ Google มาหา หรือเตือนอะไร ๆ บางอย่างในสิ่งที่คุณทำผิด ให้รีบตอบอีเมล์นั้นทันที
• ห้ามวางรูปไว้ใกล้ Ads เพื่อหลอกให้ผู้เข้าชมเว็บหลงคลิก คิดว่าเป็นเนื้อหาของรูปนั้น ๆ (อันนี้เป็นกฎใหม่ครับ)
นี่คือข้อห้ามของการทำ Google AdSense ให้ปฎิบัติอย่างเคร่งคัดนะครับจะได้ไม่โดนแบน แต่สำหรับการทำเว็บไซต์ผมทำด้วยใจครับ ไม่ได้หวังว่าจะได้น้อยได้มาก เท่าไร เพราะเมื่อ ก่อนไม่มี Google AdSense ผมก็ทำมาตลอด ทำด้วยใจรักนะครับ พอดีมี Google AdSense ก็ดีพอมีค่าใช้จ่ายในการทำเว็บบ้าง ไม่ต้องควักกระเป๋าของตัวเอง
พึงระลึกไว้เสมอว่า การให้คือสิ่งที่คุณควรทำเป็นอันดับแรก อย่าคิดแต่ได้ฝ่ายเดียว ($) ถ้าคุณรู้จักให้กับท่านอื่น ๆ รับรองได้ว่าผลตอบแทนก็จะกลับมาหาคุณ อย่างแน่นอน

การจ่ายเงินของ Google AdSense
Google จะจ่ายเงินให้คุณก็ต่อเมื่อคุณมีรายได้ครบ 100$ เมื่อคุณมีรายได้ประมาณ 50$ ทาง Google จะส่ง PIN มาให้คุณ ทางจดหมาย ตามที่อยู่ที่ได้สมัครไว้ ให้คุณนำ PIN นั้นกรอกในข้อมูลของคุณ โดยมีวิธีการทำดังต่อไปนี้
การกรอกข้อมูล PIN
1. หลังจาก Login เข้าระบบจะเห็นข้อความ
You payments are currently on hold. Action is required to release payment Click here for details ให้คลิกที่ Click here for details
2. ที่ Required Action ให้คลิกที่ Please enter your PIN
3. ใส่หมายเลข PIN ของคุณ แล้วคลิก Submit PIN
การกรอกข้อมูล TAX
คุณต้องกรอกข้อมูลภาษี ถ้าคุณไม่กรอกก็ไม่มีทางที่จะได้รับเงินจาก Google ถึงแม้จะได้ครบ 100$ แล้วก็ตาม โดยทำตามขั้นตอนดังต่อไปนี้ (ผมไม่ได้จับรูปมาให้ดู กลัวเป็นการผิดกฎของ Google เดี๋ยวเงินที่ได้ทั้งหมดจะหายในพริบตา)
1. หลังจาก Login เข้าระบบ ให้ไปที่ My Account >> Tax information
2. Or, use this wizard to fine the correct form :

ให้เลือก No แล้วคลิก Continue >>
3. Do you have U.S. Activities related to you participation in AdSense?
ให้เลือก No (certity no U.S. Activities) แล้วคลิก Continue >>
4. ใส่ชื่อของคุณลงในช่อง Signature of Publisher ........... (เค้าจะถือว่าเป็นลายเซ็นต์ ของคุณ) จากนั้นให้ คลิกที่ Submit information
เลือกวิธีการรับเงิน
แนะนำว่าให้คุณรับเป็นเช็คครับ โดยให้คุณเข้าไปแก้ไขหรือ เลือกวิธีการรับเงินที่ My Account ในส่วนของ Payment Details [edit] ให้คลิกที่ edit แล้วเลือกวิธีการรับเช็ค ซึ่งจะมีอยู่ 2 วิธี คือ
• Check - Standard Delivery * คุณไม่ต้องเสียอะไรเลยใช้เวลา 2-3 สัปดาห์
• Check - Secured Express Delivery ($24.00 Processing Fee) คุณต้องเสียค่าธรรมเนียม 24$ ใช้เวลา 1 สัปดาห์
เมื่อเลือกวิธีการการชำระเงินแล้วให้คลิกที่ Continue >> จากนั้นจะเข้าสู่หน้า Payment Currency (Check - Standard Delivery) ให้คุณเลือกครับว่าจะรับเงินเป็น US Dollars หรือ Thai Baht (ผมเลือกเป็น Thai Baht ครับ ) ที่ในส่วนของ Checks will be made out in: เมื่อเลือกแล้วให้คลิกที่ Save changes
ที่สำคัญข้อมูลที่อยุ่ของคุณต้องถูกต้องด้วยนะครับ เพราะ Google จะส่งเช็คมาให้ตามที่อยู่ตามที่ได้กรอกไว้ ถ้าคุณต้องการแก้ไขข้อมูลก็ให้คุณเข้าไปแก้ไขที่ My Account ในส่วนของ Payee Information [edit] ให้คลิกที่ edit จากนั้นให้ทำการแก้ไขข้อมูลต่าง ๆ ให้ถูกต้อง แล้วคลิกที่ Save changes

จากนั้นให้รอสัก 2-3 สัปดาห์ Google ก็จะส่งเช็คมาถึงเรา ให้คุณนำเช็คนั้น ไปขึ้นเงินทีธนาคาร (ถ้าคุณเลือกรับเงินเป็น Thai Baht คุณจะได้รับเช็คเร็วมาก ประมาณวันที่ 8 ก็จะได้รับเช็คแล้ว เช็คส่งมาให้จะออกโดย ซิตี้แบงค์ สีลม นี่เอง จากประสบการที่ผมนำเช็คไปขึ้นเงินที่ธนาคารกรุงศรี ฯ วันศุกร์ วันจันทร์ หลังบ่าย 3 โมง ก็สามารถกดเงินมาใช้ได้แล้ว)

วิธีดูรายงาน Google AdSense
อันดับแรกให้คุณ Login เข้า Google AdSense ก่อนที่ https://www.google.com/adsense เมื่อ Login เข้า Google AdSense แล้วก็จะเห็นรายงาน ที่เป็นรายได้ของคุณทันที โดยจะแยกเป็น AdSense for content , AdSense for search , Referrals ยอดรวมให้ดูที่ Earnings ของแต่ละ Ads สำหรับ Total Earnings จะเป็นยอดรวมทั้งหมด (ในวันนั้น ๆ )
คุณสามารถดูรายงาน ของเมื่อวาน, 7 วันที่แล้ว , เดือนนี้ทั้งเดือน , เดือนที่แล้ว หรือ รายได้ของคุณทั้งหมดได้ โดยคลิกที่ตัวเลือก View
ดูรายงานแบบ Advanced Reports
คลิกที่ Advanced Reports จะมีตัวเลือกต่าง ๆ ให้คุณดูรายละเอียดมากมาย โดยสามารถกำหนดวันเริ่มต้น และสิ้นสุดของรายงานได้ อันนี้ลองเข้าไปศึกษาดูครับ แต่สำหรับผม ดูแบบธรรมดาก็เพียงพอแล้ว
คุณสามารถดูรายงาน ของเมื่อวาน, 7 วันที่แล้ว , เดือนนี้ทั้งเดือน , เดือนที่แล้ว หรือ รายได้ของคุณทั้งหมดได้ โดยคลิกที่ตัวเลือก View

วิธีเอา Code Google AdSense ไปติดที่เว็บคุณ ?
อันดับแรกให้คุณ Login เข้า Google AdSense ก่อนที่ https://www.google.com/adsense เมื่อ Login เข้า Google AdSense เป็นที่เรียบร้อยแล้วให้คลิกที่ AdSense Setup จะมี Ads ให้เลือก 3 หัวข้อใหญ่ ๆ คือ
• AdSense for content
การนำโฆษณาที่มีเนื้อหาสอดคล้องกับเว็บไซต์ของคุณไปติด (Contextual Advertising)
สำหรับ AdSense for content มีตัวเลือก 2 ตัวย่อย คือ
- Ad unit : โฆษณาที่มีทั้งข้อความ และ รูปภาพ โดยโฆษณานั้นจะมีเนื้อหาสอดคล้องกับเว็บไซต์ของคุณ
- Link unit : โฆษณาที่มีลักษณะเหมือนลิงค์ โดยโฆษณานั้นจะมีเนื้อหาสอดคล้องกับเว็บไซต์ของคุณ เช่นกัน
• AdSense for search
การนำช่องค้นหา (Search Box) ไปติดไว้ที่เว็บไซต์ของคุณ เพื่อให้ผู้ใช้สามารถค้นหาเว็บไซต์ได้ทั่วโลก หรือจะค้นหาข้อมูลในเว็บไซต์ของคุณเท่านั้นก็ได้ และเช่นกัน คุณยังสามารถปรับเปลี่ยนรูปแบบของช่องค้นหาให้มีความเหมาะสมกับเว็บไซต์ของคุณได้อย่างไม่ยาก คุณจะได้รายได้จากการคลิกเว็บไซต์ที่ อยู่ในตำแหน่งสปอนเซอร์ ของผลการค้นหาที่แสดงออกมาจากการค้นหา

ข้อกำหนดในการวาง Google AdSense

วิธีลงทะเบียน Google AdSense ทำอย่างไร ?
ในขณะนี้ Google Adsense ยังไม่รองรับภาษาไทย แต่อีกไม่นานนี้ จะรับเว็บไซต์ที่มีเนื้อหาที่เป็นภาษาไทยด้วย (ให้ทำเว็บเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ) การสมัครให้คลิกที่ Click Here to Apply แล้วกรอกข้อมูลต่าง ๆ ตามที่ Google กำหนด แล้วรอการตอบรับจาก Google ซึ่งจะใช้เวลาประมาณ 2-3 วัน ในการตรวจสอบข้อมูล

Google Adsense คืออะไร ?
Google AdSense คือบริการจาก Google ที่ให้ผู้ที่มีเว็บไซต์ สามารถหารายได้โดยการนำ Code ที่ได้จากการสมัครเป็นสมาชิกของ Google มาใส่ไว้ที่เว็บไซต์ของตนเอง ซึ่ง Code นั้นจะเป็น โฆษณาที่ส่งมาจาก Google โดยโฆษณานั้น ๆ จะเป็นโฆษณาที่มีเนื้อหาสอดคล้องกับเนื้อหาของเว็บไซต์ของคุณ ตัวอย่างเช่นถ้าเว็บไซต์ของคุณเป็นเว็บไซต์ที่เกี่ยวกับการท่องเที่ยว โฆษณาที่ส่งมาจาก Google ก็อาจเป็นเว็บไซต์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ โรงแรม,สายการบิน เป็นต้น
โฆษณาที่ส่งมาจาก Google นั้น ๆ มีทั้งแบบ Text ,รูปภาพ และมีหลายขนาด ให้คุณได้เลือก นอกจากนั้นยังสามารถเลือกรูปแบบสีได้ตามความต้องการ เพื่อความเหมาะสมกับเว็บไซต์ของคุณ

รายได้จาก Google AdSense จะเกิดตอนไหน
จะมีอยู่ 2 กรณีครับคือ
• จ่ายเมื่อคลิก (Pay Per Click)
เมื่อคนที่เข้าชมเว็บไซต์ของคุณ คลิกที่โฆษณาของ Google AdSense ซึ่งแต่ละคลิกจะได้ไม่เท่ากัน ขึ้นอยู่กับผู้ที่ทำ Google Adwords จ่ายให้ Google มากน้อยเท่าไร ถ้าจ่ายให้มากคุณก็จะได้มากด้วยเช่นกัน
• จ่ายเมื่อแสดงโฆษณา (Pay Per Impression)
อันนี้จะจ่ายให้คุณเมื่อมีการแสดงโฆษณา ครบ 1,000 ครั้ง โดยไม่นับว่าจะมีคนคลิกกี่ครั้งก็ตาม คุณจะไม่ได้รายได้จากการคลิก
นอกจากโฆษณาต่าง ๆ แล้ว การแนะนำ บริการต่าง ๆ ของ Gogle เมื่อมีคนใช้บริการ คุณก็จะมีรายได้จากการแนะนำนั้นด้วยซึ่งมีอยู่ดังต่อไปนี้

The Google AdSense module provides Web site owners with the means to earn revenue from visitors by displaying ads from Google's AdSense service on their sites.
Depending on the web site number of visitors and type of content, the revenue can barely cover the hosting costs, or be quite substantial.
The colors are customizable, as well as the type (text/image). Ads can be displayed from within phptemplate based themes, blocks or other modules.
Please read the module author's collection of articles on resources for using Google Adsense with Drupal. They contain hints and tips on how to use the module. If you have not signed up for a Google Adsense account, please use this link to signup, and a referral amount will be awarded to the author at no cost to you.
Several ad formats are supported. The full list is is in the help section of the module's settings page.
The modules allow up to 3 color and type (image/text) combinations to be chosen. This is useful if your site has a theme that assigns different color schemes to different parts of the page, for example, left sidebar and content. It also allows up to 5 custom channels to be used.
You can setup custom roles that hide adsense from users. For example, if you have paying subscribers to your site that do not want to see ads.
Some caching is also implemented by this module (thanks to Ber Kessels).
Page matching also added, so that ads can be excluded on certain pages.
Ads can now be placed anywhere in the content, via a special tag. This can also be used to call flexiblocks so fine grained visibility can be done using the block mechanism.
Ad revenue sharing with configurable percentage of page views for specific node types going to the node author. Also integrates with referral module so referred user's node can get a certain paercentage to teh referring user.

AdSense is an ad serving program run by Google. Website owners can enroll in this program to enable text, image and, more recently, video advertisements on their sites. These ads are administered by Google and generate revenue on either a per-click or per-thousand-impressions basis. Google is also currently beta-testing a cost-per-action based service.
Google utilizes its search technology to serve ads based on website content, the user's geographical location, and other factors. Those wanting to advertise with Google's targeted ad system may sign up through AdWords. AdSense has become a popular method of placing advertising on a website because the ads are less intrusive than most banners, and the content of the ads is often relevant to the website.
Currently, the AdSense uses JavaScript code to incorporate the advertisements into a participating site. If it is included on a site which has not yet been crawled by the Mediabot, it will temporarily display advertisements for charitable causes known as public service announcements (PSAs). (Note that the Mediabot is a separate crawler from the Googlebot that maintains Google's search index.)
Many sites use AdSense to monetize their content and some webmasters work hard to maximize their own AdSense income. They do this in three ways:
They use a wide range of traffic generating techniques including but not limited to online advertising.
They build valuable content on their sites which attracts AdSense ads which pay out the most when they get clicked.
They use copy on their websites that encourage clicks on ads. Note that Google prohibits people from using phrases like "Click on my AdSense ads" to increase click rates. Phrases accepted are "Sponsored Links" and "Advertisements".
The source of all AdSense income is the AdWords program which in turn has a complex pricing model based on a Vickrey second price auction, in that it commands an advertiser to submit a sealed bid (not observable by competitors). Additionally, for any given click received, advertisers only pay one bid increment above the second-highest bid.

The underlying technology behind AdSense was derived originally from WordNet and Simpli, a company started by the founder of Wordnet — George A. Miller — and a number of professors and graduate students from Brown University, including James A. Anderson, Jeff Stibel and Steve Reiss.[1] A variation of this technology utilizing Wordnet was developed by Oingo, a small search engine company based in Santa Monica founded in 1998.[2] Oingo focused on semantic searches rather than brute force string searches.[3] Oingo changed its name to Applied Semantics, which was then bought by Google for $102 million in April 2003, to replace a similar system being developed in house.[4]
[edit] AdSense for feeds
In May 2005, Google unveiled AdSense for feeds, a version of AdSense that runs on RSS and Atom feeds that have more than 100 active subscribers. According to the Official Google Blog, "advertisers have their ads placed in the most appropriate feed articles; publishers are paid for their original content; readers see relevant advertising — and in the long run, more quality feeds to choose from".
AdSense for feeds works by inserting images into a feed. When the image is displayed by the reader/browser, Google writes the ad content into the image that it returns. The ad content is chosen based on the content of the feed surrounding the image. When the user clicks the image, he or she is redirected to the advertiser's site in the same way as regular AdSense ads.

A companion to the regular AdSense program, AdSense for search lets website owners place Google search boxes on their pages. When a user searches the web or the site with the search box, Google shares any ad revenue it makes from those searches with the site owner. However, only if the ads on the page are clicked, the publisher is paid. Adsense does not pay publishers for mere searches.
[edit] How AdSense works
Each time a visitor visits a page with an AdSense tag, a piece of JavaScript writes an iframe tag, whose src attribute includes the URL of the page. Google's servers use a cache of the page for the URL or the keywords in the URL itself to determine a set of high-value keywords. (Some of the details are described in the AdSense patent). If keywords have been cached already, ads are served for those keywords based on the AdWords bidding system.

Some webmasters create sites tailored to lure searchers from Google and other engines onto their AdSense site to make money from clicks. These "zombie" sites often contain nothing but a large amount of interconnected, automated content (e.g.: A directory with content from the Open Directory Project, or scraper sites relying on RSS feeds for content). Possibly the most popular form of such "AdSense farms" are splogs ("spam blogs"), which are centered around known high-paying keywords. Many of these sites use content from other web sites, such as Wikipedia, to attract visitors. These and related approaches are considered to be search engine spam and can be reported to Google.
There have also been reports of Trojans engineered to produce fake Google ads that are formatted to look like legitimate ones. The Trojan Horse apparently downloads itself onto an unsuspecting computer through a web page and then replaces the original ads with its own set of malicious ads.[5]

Due to concerns about click fraud, Google AdSense has been criticized by some Search engine optimization firms as a large source of what Google calls "invalid clicks" in which one company clicks on a rival's search engine ads to drive up its costs.[6] Some publishers have been blocked by Google, complaining that little justification or transparency was provided.[7]
To help prevent click fraud, publishers can choose from a number of click tracking programs. These programs will display detailed information about the visitors who click on the AdSense advertisements. Publishers can use that data to determine if they've been a victim of click fraud or not. There are a number of such commercial scripts available for purchase. An open source alternative is AdLogger.

AdSense is an ad serving program run by Google. Website owners can enroll in this program to enable text, image and, more recently, video advertisements on their sites. These ads are administered by Google and generate revenue on either a per-click or per-thousand-impressions basis. Google is also currently beta-testing a cost-per-action based service.
Google utilizes its search technology to serve ads based on website content, the user's geographical location, and other factors. Those wanting to advertise with Google's targeted ad system may sign up through AdWords. AdSense has become a popular method of placing advertising on a website because the ads are less intrusive than most banners, and the content of the ads is often relevant to the website.
Currently, the AdSense uses JavaScript code to incorporate the advertisements into a participating site. If it is included on a site which has not yet been crawled by the Mediabot, it will temporarily display advertisements for charitable causes known as public service announcements (PSAs). (Note that the Mediabot is a separate crawler from the Googlebot that maintains Google's search index.)
Many sites use AdSense to monetize their content and some webmasters work hard to maximize their own AdSense income. They do this in three ways:
They use a wide range of traffic generating techniques including but not limited to online advertising.
They build valuable content on their sites which attracts AdSense ads which pay out the most when they get clicked.
They use copy on their websites that encourage clicks on ads. Note that Google prohibits people from using phrases like "Click on my AdSense ads" to increase click rates. Phrases accepted are "Sponsored Links" and "Advertisements".
The source of all AdSense income is the AdWords program which in turn has a complex pricing model based on a Vickrey second price auction, in that it commands an advertiser to submit a sealed bid (not observable by competitors). Additionally, for any given click received, advertisers only pay one bid increment above the second-highest bid.

The underlying technology behind AdSense was derived originally from WordNet and Simpli, a company started by the founder of Wordnet — George A. Miller — and a number of professors and graduate students from Brown University, including James A. Anderson, Jeff Stibel and Steve Reiss.[1] A variation of this technology utilizing Wordnet was developed by Oingo, a small search engine company based in Santa Monica founded in 1998.[2] Oingo focused on semantic searches rather than brute force string searches.[3] Oingo changed its name to Applied Semantics, which was then bought by Google for $102 million in April 2003, to replace a similar system being developed in house.[4]

In May 2005, Google unveiled AdSense for feeds, a version of AdSense that runs on RSS and Atom feeds that have more than 100 active subscribers. According to the Official Google Blog, "advertisers have their ads placed in the most appropriate feed articles; publishers are paid for their original content; readers see relevant advertising — and in the long run, more quality feeds to choose from".
AdSense for feeds works by inserting images into a feed. When the image is displayed by the reader/browser, Google writes the ad content into the image that it returns. The ad content is chosen based on the content of the feed surrounding the image. When the user clicks the image, he or she is redirected to the advertiser's site in the same way as regular AdSense ads.

A companion to the regular AdSense program, AdSense for search lets website owners place Google search boxes on their pages. When a user searches the web or the site with the search box, Google shares any ad revenue it makes from those searches with the site owner. However, only if the ads on the page are clicked, the publisher is paid. Adsense does not pay publishers for mere searches.

Each time a visitor visits a page with an AdSense tag, a piece of JavaScript writes an iframe tag, whose src attribute includes the URL of the page. Google's servers use a cache of the page for the URL or the keywords in the URL itself to determine a set of high-value keywords. (Some of the details are described in the AdSense patent). If keywords have been cached already, ads are served for those keywords based on the AdWords bidding system.

Some webmasters create sites tailored to lure searchers from Google and other engines onto their AdSense site to make money from clicks. These "zombie" sites often contain nothing but a large amount of interconnected, automated content (e.g.: A directory with content from the Open Directory Project, or scraper sites relying on RSS feeds for content). Possibly the most popular form of such "AdSense farms" are splogs ("spam blogs"), which are centered around known high-paying keywords. Many of these sites use content from other web sites, such as Wikipedia, to attract visitors. These and related approaches are considered to be search engine spam and can be reported to Google.
There have also been reports of Trojans engineered to produce fake Google ads that are formatted to look like legitimate ones. The Trojan Horse apparently downloads itself onto an unsuspecting computer through a web page and then replaces the original ads with its own set of malicious ads.[5]

Due to concerns about click fraud, Google AdSense has been criticized by some Search engine optimization firms as a large source of what Google calls "invalid clicks" in which one company clicks on a rival's search engine ads to drive up its costs.[6] Some publishers have been blocked by Google, complaining that little justification or transparency was provided.[7]
To help prevent click fraud, publishers can choose from a number of click tracking programs. These programs will display detailed information about the visitors who click on the AdSense advertisements. Publishers can use that data to determine if they've been a victim of click fraud or not. There are a number of such commercial scripts available for purchase. An open source alternative is AdLogger.

easy way to make money
Considering that the great Studio Traffic had been running for nearly two years when I made my debut, I was a latecomer to the get paid to auto surf scene. So, you might ask, how do I take sensible precautions against getting stung? The answer, like most things, is simple! Investigation is the answer. If you like the look of a get paid to auto surf site, join as a free member and check out the forum (if there is one). Surf to test the quality of surfing and don't invest if the surfbar is unpredictable. Email the owner to ask about the site. If you get no reply, drop the site there and then: any website owner who takes a pride in his business will respond to a member's enquiry. If you get a terse reply, pointing out that the answer to your dumb question is in the site faq's, this is still good: an abrupt reply probably means the owner is busy or has got sick of answering the same stupid questions. The point is that he is human and bothered to respond. Don't even think of giving your money to someone who ignores you from day one.
Do an Internet search for forums concerned with making money online, make money at home, auto surfing, get paid to programmes etc. Read what the members are saying about the sites you are thinking of joining as this is usually a good indicator of whether the site is growing or declining. Don't, however, totally rely on the opinion of forum members because the posts often tend to be a bit hysterical and they are, of course, the voicing of personal opinions and not a handing down of the wisdom of gurus.
